Thanks to Mike for his Paleo/Zone seminar today. It was very informative and I hope everyone learned a lot. To all who were not able to make it today please let me know if you would like to participate in the Paleo/Zone challenge.
Today was Trisha and my first time doing Cross Fit and we are both excited to keep with the program. Thank you to Bill for getting us the info on the gym and the motivation to actually show up. Look forward to seeing you all at the Gym.
